http://www.scrappingpeople.com/ . Sometimes just a little bit of flare can enhance a digital scrapbooking layout. For this title it was a couple of sparkles that did the trick. Check out this video tutorial that shows just how simple it is to create these sparkles in Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0. This technique can be done in other Photoshop versions that you may have too.
