I'd really like to join a forum or community for digital scrapbooking that is not pushing any products.
DigiShopTalk at http://www.digishoptalk.com is the hub of the digital scrapbooking community. It is not tied to a store, though digital scrapbook stores and designers do sell their products there. It's a great resource.

When I try and open it a message says that the file cannot be open in windows photo gallery. It also will not open in my Adobe Photo shop. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this. I tried updating Windows photo gallery but couldn't figue that out either. Any other digital scrapbooking help / advise would be great.
First you need to unpack them because they are zipped. So download something like winrar. If you can't find it download this http://www.7-zip.org/ Or you can do it online here.. http://www.unzip.co.nr/
Remember where you have unzipped them and then you should be able open them in PS.
